Ed has twenty five years progressive experience in a manufacturing and service environment locally and internationally. He has been responsible for design, evaluation. production, and implementation of manufacturing systems and process optimization for major manufacturers across North America. Ed is responsive to changing organizational priorities with a strong customer orientation. A result focused problem solver with superior analytical skills, he is able to lead and direct efforts of a team. Ed has a lifetime commitment to maintaining superior quality and efficiency.

While Ed has been recognized frequently for his contributions, most notable include being the first “Champion” award winner and participant in the corporate “Presidents Circle of Excellence” for Northern Telecom. Ed has also received the "President's Award" for outstanding service from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers

Ed strongly believes in supporting the manufacturing community. To that end, he is the Chairman for the Calgary Chapter of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), is a member of the advisory board for SME - Oil & Gas, and was the opening speaker at the Manufacturing Innovations Conference held in June ’08 in conjunction with the Global Petroleum Show. Ed is also a volunteer trainer for boating safety with the Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons (CPS).

Dolaine Beauchamp,
B.Com

Dolaine has used her vast education with determination and effective leadership skills to create change in organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Operations Management, and a Social Sciences Degree with a focus on Organizational Psychology. Dolaine's desire to be a leader in her field prompted completion of; certification in Production and Inventory Management, Alberta Safety Council's Program Building and External Auditor Training certification, and Occupational Health & Safety certification, making Dolaine a leader in her profession.

She successfully implemented a Health and Safety Management system for the City of Calgary to comply with Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Standard, currently fully implemented in 3 departments within the city.

Dolaine implemented a work-order integrity program to reduce the error rate on work orders sent to the production floor. Error rates were reduced from 30% to under 1%. This translated into savings excess of $100,000 annually through reduced waste, lost machine time and replacement materials, as well as serving to improve the morale of the employees responsible for building the product and reducing customer lead times.

Karin Hoernig

Karin Hoernig is passionate about helping teams be more productive.

She is a seasoned facilitator and trainer whose eighteen-plus years of experience includes extensive program design, development and delivery as well as project management of training and consultation initiatives. She has worked with organizations and projects from the corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors.

Karin's unique style is focused, collaborative, personal and practical. She has been described as insightful, approachable, thought provoking, and fun.

She is also a certified network member with Team Management Systems.the employees responsible for building the product and reducing customer lead times.
